PostHub

Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: September 15, 2026

You can remove your data from PostHub at any time. There are three levels, from disconnecting a single social account to deleting everything.

Option 1 – Disconnect a social media account

This removes the access token we hold for that platform. We will no longer be able to publish to it.

  1. Sign in to https://app.dtool.bar.
  2. Go to Settings → Connected accounts.
  3. Click Disconnect next to the account you want to remove.

The stored access and refresh tokens for that account are deleted immediately. Scheduled posts for that account are cancelled. Media that was uploaded only for that account is deleted within 24 hours.

Option 2 – Revoke access from the platform

You can also revoke PostHub's access directly on each platform. When we detect that access has been revoked we delete the corresponding tokens.

Option 3 – Delete your PostHub account and all data

  1. Sign in to https://app.dtool.bar.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

When you delete your account we:

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, or you want us to delete data associated with a specific platform account (for example a TikTok or Facebook account ID), email us at dannguyen22993@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

We will verify your identity, complete the deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

Automated deletion requests (Meta Data Deletion Callback)

Facebook and Instagram users who remove PostHub from their Meta app settings trigger an automated deletion request to our server. We process it immediately and return a confirmation code and status URL, as required by the Meta Platform Terms.
